My friend Dru Axelsen and I have a new photo project going.  You know how every day these days is a “National ________ Day”?  Turns out, there are way more such days than I ever realized!  Every week this year, Dru and I are each going to choose one such day that falls during that week and illustrate it with a photo.  Unlike our last project, this time Dru and I won’t be taking photos of the same theme (unless we happen to independently choose the same day to illustrate), and we won’t know what day the other person chose until the photos are posted.  Like last time, the photos can be as literal or as esoteric as we like.
